Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the VelareLuxury Affiliate Program.
By joining, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Enrollment

You must provide accurate personal details when registering.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application.

  1. Affiliate Links

You will receive a unique affiliate link (URL) to share with your audience.

Commissions are earned only when customers make a valid purchase through your link.

  1. Commissions

Standard commission rate: 10% per confirmed sale.

Commission applies to the order subtotal, excluding shipping and taxes.

We reserve the right to adjust rates with prior notice.

  1. Payments

Payouts are made monthly, on the 1st week of each month.

Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD.

Payments are made via PayPal (or another agreed method).

  1. Restrictions

Affiliates are not allowed to:

Use spam, misleading, or illegal marketing tactics.

Purchase through their own affiliate links for personal discounts.

Use PPC (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) bidding directly on “VelareLuxury” branded keywords.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Affiliates may leave the program at any time by contacting us.

  1. Liability

VelareLuxury is not responsible for lost commissions due to incorrect setup, downtime, or tracking errors beyond our control.
